The more likely scenario would be...

BOW went to TRIAD and asked them to revese engineer digE into the new ``IMPROVED?`` version model ``XT``...

He told them he owned everything,(in and out), of digE...

TRIAD did their engineering bit, but before it could be marketed BOW had to file his law suit to make it legal that he could sell anything run by EDIG tech till 2009,

hoping to get his several million investment in IFE back by then...

What twisted minds! These people think they live in the 19th century...Lol...Lol...
