This puts us back on the ``Where`s the Beef?`` page and out of the courtroom. The time and expense to litigate is always a pain in the arse for management. This part I know well.

I hope EDIG`s legal eagles can make this one just go away so management can focus on the real EDIG story -- finding revenue and proving their tech has a market.
