Something went sour in early September.. or earlier than that....e.Digital had an .avi outline completed that they could not come to agreement on.

DigEcor is lacing that 9-1-05 outline by e.Digital...into a November contract agreement...as an addendum.

The time spread for development commences on signing the document.
