Contracts that warrent INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, as WENCOR is seeking, have to be specific in their terms and cannot rest on what a party ``contemplated``...

That is what I was trying to point out to you in order to assuage your concern...

In my opinion, tere is no way any court, even those in Salt Lake City, would, or could issue the injunctive relief sought by WENCOR to stop EDIG from selling its eVU.
