I did not intend to cause you any anxt...I apologize...However if you feel, by your statements, that the words from RP to me were not ``official`` then I do not understand where you are coming from. These same words were spoken at the past two or three shareholder meetings. That should be official enough. These same words were also spoken to others on this board in replies to emails or in direct phone communications.

If you are implying the subject info was not put forth in a business communique therefore it is not ``official`` then I understand. It is your individual official meaning of the word ``official``
