BOW their IP, why would BOW be using Triad to create a ``new``

DP when he now had (with purchase of EDig`s IP) the means

to produce that DP in his hands?? He wouldn`t need a Triad.

Also, if BOW had purchased EDig`s IP, EDig would ``have sold

the farm`` and WOULD NOW BE A BASEMENT DIVISION OF WENCOR IN

UTAH SOMEWHERE. EDig would not exist...

EDig`s core is it`s IP, the MOS. It knows the value of it.

If anyone here thinks EDig would sell the very heart of what

it is for $25,000 then you belong on IHUBaBUBBA
