One more time into the breach....

1, It is well known by all that APS owned the shell of the

DP, EDig owned the ENTIRE insides...In other words the

IP. This fact has been stated many, many times by FF, RP.

2. The sale of APS to BOW DID NOT INCLUDE the rights to

EDigs IP, ie: (MOS)

3. The MAIN and ONLY reason for the split between EDig and

BOW was BOW`s insistence for absolute control/ownership

(which he has demonstrated his entire business life in

other areas of his business) of EDig`s IP, ie: the

insides of the DP.

4. BOW WAS THE CAUSE OF DUMPING EDIG......W H Y ??

5. Because EDig would not give him what he wanted, ABSOLUTE

CONTROL by selling him the MOS....(as RP put it, (exact

words) ``Frank we are not going to sell the farm`` ``If we

did so we would not exist, EDig would be Wencor`` These

are NOT unknown words to most of you out there.

6. This lawsuit shows the desperation of BOW. It means he

DOES NOT HAVE EDig`s IP (MOS) and this IP was NOT sold

to him for $25,000.

7. This also MAY, and I repeat MAY, indicate there are

problems with Triad`s attempt to produce a new DP.

Otherwise, why would BOW go to all this trouble, if he

had a competing, ``BETTER`` product ready to go.

8. It also indicates that ``PERHAPS`` BOW is knowledgeable

of the eVu and knows it is a much better product.

Given the nature of this man I would expect him to have

bought/stolen/hijacked or used any other means to get

an eVu for evaluation purposes.

9. I have no knowledge as to why the delay in

manufacturing the DP`s from Maycom but it certainly

seems there is some interference of some sort to

squash the deal. Now just who do you think that

benefits???? EDig, ha, A pissed off idiot who think

he is going to get from EDig legally that which he

could not get business wise????

10. RP told me many times that EDig was ``walking on eggs``

to insure that nothing EDig did could, in any way,

be construed by BOW as infringing on their business

dealings. The eVu is an example`` RP.``It was

created in a completely different way as to be

a ``new`` product, not an offshoot of the DP.

11. EDig DID NOT SOLICIT business from any airlines while

doing business with BOW out of deference to their

arrangement with BOW. According to RP: ``As long as

BOW continues to order DP`s from EDig we will do

business solely with him, even though we are not

legally bound to do so``. (posted many times here)

12. I asked RP, AFTER, BOW dumped EDig, if the IFE

business was dead. His reply was ``no``. I asked if

EDig was soliciting IFE business now that BOW had

pulled the plug. He said ``no, but airlines ARE

CALLING US.

13. EDig`s business plans DID NOT INCLUDE the IFE business

as A FIRST PRIORITY. Hospital, crusie lines, car

rentals etc....was the focus of EDig. As RP stated

many time on this board in reply to emails, ``THAT

MARKET, HOSPITALS, ETC.. WAS MUCH MORE LUCRATIVE AND

MUCH LARGER THAN THE IFE MARKET AND VASTLY MORE

POTENTIALY PROFITABLE.

14. BOW`s lawsuit says it all, at least to me: He is

afraid of EDig taking business from his IFE ventures.

He doesn`t have EDig`s IP but is trying to get it by

hook or crook. Perhaps Triad`s efforts are not as

good as our eVu.

15. In any case the entire purpose of the lawsuit is to

KEEP EDIG OUT OF THE IFE BUSINESS, NOTHING MORE.

16. Since EDig`s business did not include a major, or even

minor, push into the IFE market EDig will not be hurt

by the legalities except for the funds required to

defend it.

17. The last conversation I had with RP he stated: ``We

think we have the Maycom situation ironed out and

Maycom will complete the order``

18. EDig will be successful if its business plan of the

eVu in hospitals...etc...comes to pass, IFE business,

since BOW dumped EDig has always been in the

background, like icing on a cake....
