The Law Suit is nothing buy an admission by BOW that all his efforts to mimic the PRODUCT OF THE YEAR winner technology of digEplayer have failed, and now he is going to convince some court in Slat Lake City that Ptnam Sold him that technology for $25,000.00 dollars!?!?...

The most interesting part of the complaint is what it does not state...

BOW has not included Bill Boyer`s name as the party who sold him APS who ``Had`` the digEplayer. That would be an admission by his that he was duped in beleiving he was buying the Technology inside the unites also...

Instead, we have this shibboleth that PUTNAM sold EDIG tech for $25000.00 dollars to digEcor.?...That is the same as saying they caught PUTNAM as he was getting off the Boat?!...Lol...Lol...

My response to that is YAH! RIGHT? If one beleives that one then I have some swamp land in Florida to sell them..
