Atul left EDIG in late October. Will Blakley came on board Nov. 15th. In the interim Putnam was the senior company represenative and apparently the one signing the document. This document doesn`t jive with a conversation a friend had with Putnam the day before yesterday. My understanding was that an agreement for airline exclusivity had lapsed in the fall of 2005. I`m confused. This document essentially says it started in the fall of 2005.

Doni, I believe that document you posted is included in the legal filing submitted by Wencor to the district court in Salt Lake County.
