It`s looking like I may have been correct given the update promised for yet this month and the fact that digEcor is suing the company. While a lawsuit is generally not a good thing, I think it could be a positive indicator of the potential for the success of e.Digital`s business plan and that perhaps some good will actually come of it.

Trillium was right when he suggested that the lawsuit would be about more than simply the failure to deliver on recent orders. And as DABOSS has already inferred, the mere fact that the lawsuit was brought and includes such language as to say that e.Digital not be allowed to compete with digEcor certainly would suggest that digEcor is in fact worried that e.Digital may actually have a customer or two. I assume they have positive knowledge of this and can`t imagine that our company press releases have provided their entire basis. I doubt even BOW would bother filing a lawsuit of this kind were there not genuine cause for concern.

So I like what the lawsuit portends even though we don`t know all the details or how everything will play out. The company is active and has gotten some attention. From here, perhaps they will get further recognition and maybe even some customers. DigEcor may have just unwittingly created more opportunities for us.
