Mostly I agree with you. But for this part ...The companies have made an award winning product and are fighting over it like a bunch of 2 year olds. ... only one of the companies made an award winning product, and they need to protect the family jewels.

However, that being said, IF we had really good management, I am of the opinion that this could have been headed off. There are so many ways we could have done things better ... we let Digecor too close to the manufacturer ...

...OR maybe not ... maybe the baggage handler misrepresented his deal with edig to Wencor and that started a fuss, or maybe Maycom got pissed because they lost the eVue production contract, or or or ... but then knowing how poorly e.Digital communicates to shareholders, one can only imagine how they fouled up communicating with Wencor, Maycom, who knows who else.

I don`t know ... what was that acronym, JSMHID ... just shaking my head in disgust and waiting to see how it all comes out.
