Now they are venturing outside of IFE?

Cross complaint and name them as an infringer...right at the top of the list.

It would have been smarter if they took an equity position in EDIG, as they would have benefitted on both angles. They would have been running with the eVU and digesystems by now...instead they are embroiled in a lawsuit and reduced to stealing EDIG`s business model.(not to mention making unannounced visits to a third party manufacturer for who knows what obscure reasons.
