The case number posted for the complaint on Agora was listed as CN 60907406...

I assum the complaint was filed in the UTAH County as Springfield is in UTAH County...

That would be the Fourth District Court. So, you need to look for the Case Number in the records of the Fourth District for filings done in MAY...
