That is very interesting in itself...

digEcor,(AKA BOW), filed his complaint in State Court so he could find himelf a ``friendly forum``...

First thing EDIG lawyers should do is to file papers to remove the case to Federal District Court based on Diversity question. And the fact that the Technology issues are best tried at San Francisco, or San Jose Federal District Court, one can guess that BOW will be in TEXAS soon facing the ``Rocket Docket``...
