One thing to add to my ``goofing contacting`` (meant ``goofy`` contracting) scenario: how goofy is it to have a contract where final payment is made prior to ``delivery``? Yup, pretty goofy....so ANYTHING is possible. Me-thinks EDIG needs an experienced contracts/procurement guy/gal.
