With all due respect, I think you`re are way off base with everything in that post. The ``Does`` are defendents, not plantiffs. How could airlines - digEcor customers - be defendents in a contract dispute between digEcor and EDIG? We`ve been told repeatedly that there no ``exclusivity`` clauses in past contracts, so it can`t be to stop eVU (no contract between digEcor and EDIG involving eVu). And it can`t be about IP, because it`s a contract dispute (not patent infringement). Read my last post, that`s my opinion and about the only thing that makes any sense. I am, as always, open to other opinions though....they just need to make some sense.
`Cuz I KNOW nuttin`!
Oh, and in an earlier post, you suggested something about the eVU financiers (the ones getting $20/unit) and how they might be involved. They aren`t. They are for eVU, not digEs, and we know per the SEC filing that digEcor has paid for these digEs.
