Couple of errors in there.... The ``digEcor to Maycom direct payment`` info did come from Sunpoop, but was also stated in the EDIG SEC filing. And the ``SO I surmise that the suit is about something else`` is probably wrong because it`s been determined that the suit is over a contractual issue.

So perhaps my ``thoughts`` of yesterday were all wrong (NAH! LOL); maybe EDIG did specify that digEcor would make a direct payment to Maycom in the contract between EDIG and Maycom, and digEcor did not sign the contract, but ``permitted`` EDIG to obligate them in that contract. That, in my mind, would be ``goofing contracting``, but if it was okay for digEcor, and Maycom accepted it, it could easily happen (and probably did).

In any case, I now suspect that the suit is just a method for applying pressure on EDIG to prompt EDIG to apply more pressure on Maycom to get the delivery done and get digEcor`s customers off their back. The issue will probably get resolved before it ever gets to court. Just a migrain headache for EDIG....Maycom will ultimately have to ``make good``.

And this scenario doesn`t necessarily make digEcor ``Mr. Nasty``. They have customers waiting for their digEs. DigEcor had to do something to demonstrate diligence in fulfilling their contractual obligations to their customers (or get sued by them - which may have already happened).
