Does this indicate it is not a battle over IP?

My guess is that it is simply over the 1200 digeplayers. Digecor would have a contract with edig, not the manufacturer, so who they`re gonna sue is their contract partner.

I guess the details will be public soon enough. Wish I could say the same for good eVue news.
