It isn`t...I asked that question of RP and he told me EDig did everything right, Maycom was paid on time and in the proper amount. Whatever transpired RP doesn`t know for sure although he stated quite a few times that a third party interference was most likely the culprit.

This evokes thoughts of BOW sticking his fingers in the pie, perhaps as that 3rd party, but that holds no water since BOW stepped in, not sure why, and paid the remainder of the cost of the order so that Maycom is paid in full for the entire order. I wonder why BOW would be that ``third party`` if he paid Maycom to finish the order....Seems to me is BOW wanted to screw this up he wouldn`t have done that.

I am thinking more in the lines of (just my opinion not anything I have found out) that Maycom is reacting to EDig`s taking their business elsewhere for the manufacture of the eVu and they are pissed....

Logic dictakes that if EDig has done everything correctly and legally and BOW jumped in to pay off Maycom, signaling it wants the order delivered, then it has to be Maycom itself gumming up the works....

Their is no info about the lawsuit being for non-delivery of the DP. I have some doubts, although that is most likely what it is for, but since BOW is intimately involved in the Maycom order I can`t understand on what basis he would be suing? Wouldn`t he in effect be suing himself??
