If digecor can recover the product or deposits from Maycom then EDIG would likely be dismissed from the case. Naming EDIG regarding the fully paid purchase order should be a formality, unless they cannot recover from Maycom and then EDIG`s insurance may be hit...deep pockets.

Was Maycom named in any of the court documents? I would certainly think they should have been. After all, digecor visited Maycom. Is digecor playing dirty?

I see no wrong doing by EDIG based on the information at hand.

I do see the IP protection efforts getting a boost if they believe the digeplayerXT is a patent infringer, as EDIG is no longer beholden to BOW.

The gloves are off...and IFE is in play...that might just bother some people.
