If it`s merely about the Maycom situation, then it is not a big deal, imo. It is my understanding Maycom was paid, just didn`t deliver. Digecor would have to name EDIG in any suit that it wants to recover either its money or product. If EDIG acted the same as it has on all other digeplayer deliveries then I don`t see them having much exposure here. And, they should have insurance for such issues.

We also know digecor(BOW) had attempted to own the microOS/proprietary technology in the digeplayer. That was a point of contention. EDIG stated they were not going to give that up.

If EDIG is now a competitor with digecor, which it appears it just may be, then there may be other motives....or digecor may fear their next generation digeplayerXT may be found to be an infringer...wouldn`t that be sweet.
