There is nothing in what you posted that states that lawsuit against EDig is for the Maycom order. It could be for anything and BOW is known for these kinds of tactics.

I am assuming if RP DOES NOT KNOW OF ANY LAWSUITS VIS A VIE BOW AGAINST EDIG from an email posted today that the lawsuit you posted, dated 5/4/2006 has not been served yet which seems kind of strange to me since today is the 12th. Then again you can choose to believe RP is answering a direct email question with a lie. I think that would be (1) Something he would not do, (very risky) or (2) The lawsuit has not been served on EDig yet, which again begs the question, (which I don`t know) should Edig be sued in Utah being based in San Diego and all its business done here??
