I checked the public records of Utah`s court system this morning and voila! - digEcor filed a legal action against e.Digital on May 4, 2006. The case number is 60907406.

This is public information folks that I was able to find with a few minutes of searching. It seems to me that e.Digital has violated SEC regulations for issuing and 8-K about this. It`s been 8 days.
