My interpretation of the PR and RP`s words are:
Yes, they have orders in hand - for trial units.
Yes, INITIATION OF trials are behind us, leaving the door open for volume orders that they are prepared to accept (meaning mass production facilities are in place).
So, IMO no lies, and as time has passed, I see no other way of interpreting.
But I KNOW nuttin`!
