The same could have been said on the ptsc front, in the face of INTEL`s huge patent portfolio and the rest of the infringers...they just need to demonstrate patent applications before the fact of all the development the past decade...and if they do, it may just be built on a foundation that doesn`t belong to them...enter EDIG.
