NEW YORK (Reuters) - Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday said it does not plan to give any breaks on the size of royalties it gets from Nokia (NOK1V.HE: Quote, Profile, Research), and said Nokia stands to lose far more revenue than Qualcomm if their current licensing talks fail.
