As we all have learned, it`s Roberts job to be ambigous. He can`t clarify company statements to one individual shareholder without clarifying to everyone, espicially when dealing with emails. In conversations more can be addressed by asking follow up questions and probing, but even then, you hit the ambiguity wall!
