The question to be determined by the TPL experts in evaluating EDIG patent infringment rights would rest on an
answer to the following:...
1) Take, for example, digEplayer XT...Is the technology inside a ``VERSION`` of MOS, or is it one of these other ways
you describe in your posts which permits production of the
models called XT which perform ``Like`` a digEplayer even tough they may have some techical shortcomings whicH make them not as good as the original digEplaye?...
2) Are the platforms used by TI, PORTAL PLAYER, APPLE able to function because of EDIG technology embedded in the DSPS
used in building those platforms?...
FINALLY:...
If I understand the ``message`` being transmitted by your last posts correctly, other methods may be used to assemble and tranmit digital data, but MOS is superior to
most because it can do so seamslessly. Thus, As the digital data transmission becomes more pervasive, and the markets demand for better delivery products increase, the demand for MOS shall increase because it has no equals...
THANKS FOR YOUR EFFORTS TO EDUCATE US...
Good Luck to all...
