I did attend the SHM for PTSC and Marc and Eric from TPL group were there giving a talk. One of the things they mentioned that they do is reverse engineering. Their purpose as I understand it is to understand who might be infringing on a patent!! Not everyone is stealing tech. In a brief conversation with Mr. Phol I understood him to say he is aware of EDIG.
