1. MOS can emulate primary(main memory)...they remove RAM(random access memory) normally associated with flash management and through a small cache matched to the read/write block of the flash...manipulate data within...and can be placed in a stand alone embedded condition....

That is correct...see my previous post for this info....they can create a controller of their IP for a removable flash as a subordinate.
