That would signal yet another possible infringement...that being the method utilized to travers segment structures allowing the ability of hierarchy....e.Digitals methods are NOVEL and patented.

See what I`m getting @ here...a system can be simple without hierarchy...yet managed logically with a small cache....which is a patent claim of e.Digital...or brought to the level of noticable hierarchy...needing yet again a method to traverse to make that possible....where e.Digital has a patent claim that is NOVEL.
