It is nice to see investors beginning to emerge from the shadows as a result of the company`s new directive to protect its main asset, the flash patents. For anyone to try and discourage that discussion makes no sense. Discussing IP protection does not preclude the recognition of anticipated eVU sales. In fact, both should be up for discussion and it would be nice to see both take a giant step forward this quarter.

One rarely sees a stock move north when the prevailing mood is pessimistic and negative, even if they end their negative view with, ``I hope it goes to $10``. That is a bit disingenuous.

I agree that the hatchet should be buried for the benefit of all investors, save those so embittered they would cut off their nose to spite their face.
