The most important issue we have is SALES of the eVU. We need quarter to quarter conmtracts to sustain growth and hopefully a reasonable profit, that is net profit after interest, dividends and other expenses over and above the operating profit.

The IP issue is still a maybe and would be great if we see a substantial amount of income, both single payments and some kind of royalty payments. Doesn`t matter if it goes to court or is settled without a lawsuit.

However we have seen nothing in writing that clarifies an infringement, only a strong mention that the time and opportunity is correct in persuing this avenue. We don`t even know how long the initial investgation process will take prior to any good firm willing to act as a partner in this venture.
