I am not 100% certain of the following but on the basis thelist may not be up to date..... their status as insiders (Chair of BOD and CE0) would require they declare trades regardless of the listing on SEDI.

Furthermore recall the presss release that declared the end of the voting trust. It referred to the number of shares held by Hultink. At that point, I believe his percentage of ownersip made him an insider by default.
