I just spoke with Tim, he has pointed out that the listing specifies that "**** EXTRAS **** A Large Portion Of The Warehouse And Entire Office Area Are For Lease - See Separate Listing ". If the company were going under, which Tim is very clear is not the case, then there would be no reason to seek a tenant. It's all about reducing overheads.
