For one have you even considered that they have "tuned out" of this hub because of the constant bantering that goes on? Maybe the one form of "one-way" communication that you did have with the management is possibly now gone because it has become a negative sideshow. Complaining will not get anybody their money back and all we have is our vote for each share that we own when the AGM rolls around and that hasn't gone to well the past few years now has it! If you want to invest in Hy0-Drive be my guest, and if you put all your eggs in this basket so that you can't afford to get into Hy-Drive, then you deserve what you got since you never invest all your money in one stock, just read up on a little thing called "diversity".

I was involved in a company many years ago where the shareholders took back the company from an ignorant management, and I guarantee that if all anybody ever did was sit around and complain, it would be bankrupt by now. Certain shareholders found some money guys that legally served the company with enough votes proxied to hold a meeting on an election of a new board and ceo. It was not easy but the shareholder revolt did become sucessful, and they still are doing very well, so it can be done.

However, if anybody was to pull this off, they would need to round up a lot of the big time shareholders to have enough of an influence, and it is a lot of work.

I for one do not think it is necessary because they got rid of Fairful finally and they will deserve a little bit of time to develop a plan now that their hands are not tied. I feel that they will develop this plan soon and give us a direction that we will be satisfied with going forward. These guys deserve a little bit more time! .....not a lot of time, .....but at least give them a little.
