The Hy Drive news release is really just old news. Check out the archives. All they've done is revive an old PO that was cancelled. Lots of hard work left before you get from 3rd party validation in a controlled environment to surviving in the real world.

Furthermore I believe that DYA has to make major changes otherwise all the folks with serioius coin in this venture will lose it...... something they are not willing to do.
