Rogers.....what little bit I did hear, I can tell you wasn't good. I distinctly heard him say....on several occations, that if you want the answer to a particular question, then you are to phone! Yes....phone. To the people who don't answer the phone. I suppose that way they can give different answers to different people.....business as usual!
