Mr Fairfull was supposed to be retained as a consultant in the following areas:

"Under that agreement, Mr. Fairfull will provide consulting services in respect of the overall planning and implementation of Dynamic's business plan including financing, research and design, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and client development or as Dynamic may otherwise request from time to time. "

Business plan. I'd love to see it, but no doubt "it's a secret". If there is one.

Financing has all been done at our expense and caused great dilution

R&D. Try getting the three units on test in California to work for a start. You can't can you? And....where's the DYNO you 'bought'????

Manufacturing. You need sales first!

Marketing. Great work Tom, great job.

Distribution. Unless that refers to cash distribution it's a redundant requirement.

Client development. Yeah right!

There's only one role for Mr Fairfull. Getting the heck out of Dodge.
