Hopefully a new CFO with Public Company experience will instill some discipline and get the financial house in order. This fellow should have a pretty good idea as to what he has signed on for and I am encouraged by the fact that he is now on board. Remember, his credentials and reputation are on the line

Much work to do and many changes required. Let's hope the BOD listens.
