| PICKERING, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") announces that its previously announced offering of up to $590,000 of common shares (see press release dated April 27, 2009) should have made reference to an offering of units, rather than just common shares. Each unit shall be issuable at a price of $0.10 (for an aggregate of 5,900,000 units) and each shall consist of one common share in the capital of the Corporation and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant being exercisable into one common share at a price of $1.50 for a period of five years from the date of issuance thereof. Completion of this offering is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
