Jerry is just coming up to his first 90 days at the helm. He's discovering who he can rely upon to complete tasks within a certain timeframe and it is my impression that someone let him down badly on this one. It is my opinion that the magnitude of the tasks that he has tackled over the past 3 months is significant, and it's not unusual for him & I to talk at 10pm or later as he is leaving the office. You wouldn't have got Tom on the 'phone at that time! He's working like crazy to get things done and I think that like anyone taking over a major role, 6 months is a reasonable timeframe to make the transition complete. Hopefully April will herald the turnaround that we all want and need so badly. May & June should see us firmly on the way if April is a successful month.
