Glad to see everyone is giddy with excitement....again.....after months of doom and gloom. Doesn't take much does it guys. They're getting good at it.

A few words like, Steps.....encouraged.....proposal...... and everybody immediately forgets the past month....6 months....year. All is good again. Until the next 6 months goes by and nothing happens....and everybody starts screaming again. Let's hope this time that isn't the case....but History proves otherwise.

They haven't sold anything yet. And frankly I've been down this road too many times to celebrate until the money is in the bank account. If there is a way to screw this thing up, they'll find it.
