I'm going to beg to differ with you on that Rogers.......maybe we can make a friendly wager....... I'm thinking that once this testing is done, they will forward the info, however I believe that CARB will do their own testing. This is Gov.t stuff.....and because they are separate entities....the red tape rule applies. That's my guess.
