The recent depth has not budged since the news came out. There are the same number of shares available at the bid and the same shares at the ask as well.
One thing I noticed is that there are a bunch of 15,000 share lots individually placed throughout the teens and I would not be suprised to find out that it was E-Trade that is behind it.
