Inertia, I suspect. Like a big old steam train we're just opening the steam valves, spinning the iron wheels on the tracks and starting to move. Once we gain speed let's hope it doesn't stop. We are also overcoming the years of dealing with snakeoil systems that didn't work, once confidence and word-of-mouth grow it should cascade. Hopefully ;-)
