Ronz, Happy to hear I put a smile on your face. God knows we all need a little levity right about now.

I'm curious about all those "&nbsp" insertions in my post. Did you do that? What does that mean?

On a serious note. I keep reading posts from various guys that are hoping that Tom packs his bags and moves on. I understand the history that some guys have had with him, personality clashes, and what they consider his skill level, (or lack thereof) is regarding running the company. I can't comment directly, because I don't know. However I think it might be a case of him trying to do to many things. Maybe it's a control thing he has. But commen sense would say that the more responsibilities that someone has seriously jeapordizes every one of them. You can't do 10 jobs at once and do any of them well.

But I will say one thing about it. I think the man has a tremendous talent in the Engineering side of things. I believe what separates our product from the other guys, is that Tom has tinkered with the thing until he made it work. If we drive hime out, we lose all that talent. If the product develops a glitch down the road, or the product remains stagnent with no upgrades, we may regret not having him around. I think his time is well spent in the LAB or the plant, and leave the day to day stuff to some other guy who's skills are best suited to that.

That's my opinion anyway, I'm sure others might disagree.
