I respectfully disagree with your last post, I think this is a great way for Tom to cash in on a big payday and I wouldn't be at all suprised to hear that it is a friend of his that would side with him anyways. The purchaser could have did this the private placement way and invested their 2 million into the company at the current rate and came away with more shares but that wouldn't have lined Tom's pockets as nicely even though the company probably could have used the cash infusion. I think that if the Fairful family continues to sell then we will see them completely out of the picture soon enough! Once they are gone the money will flow back to this stock and many here will get back some of their lost cash. Good luck to all and may we all reap the rewards of a quick exit by the Fairful clan.
