As always I appreciate your views on thisQMARK, thanks for posting! I am unaware right now as to who the big buyer is but the TSX rules state that anybody with over 10% of the company become public knowledge much like an insider only at this time I am not sure about how long before the info becomes public.....maybe 10 days....14 days...or even 30 days but I don't think it is long before we will find out. This allowed Tom and his family to hit a personal financial jackpot while still holding a lot of shares while the purchaser was able to buy a lot of shares without inflating the price too much  trying to get them so a small premium is a pretty good deal for who ever it is. I think that they will be looking to make money off of this eventually and I would expect further buying to come!
