I have to agree with tgr1975.

Management and management alone is to blame for this present situation. As a leader or leaders one must realize and take responsibility for the current situation.

Certain people are trying to deflect this and say it's a multitude of different things and no one in management is taking responsibility for anything.

Are the shareholders wrong to demand action? Management have made promises and have failed to deliver. They should do whats best for the company and shareholders.

They need to seek executives that are able to take this company to the next level.
